I also tried downloading the WhatsApp and I would click "install" and after a few hours I came back to check it out and it didn't download. So I uninstalled it and tried to download it again, but this time nothing happened. The next day (today) it was doing the same thing. When I went to the start button it would show in my task bar as downloading but noting happened. My daughter tried downloading a game from the Microsoft store and it showed as "downloading" but it never actually downloaded. I haven't had any issues with until yesterday. I just recently purchased a HP - Pavilion 27" Touch-Screen All-In-One - Intel Core i7 - 12GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive - Snowflake White from Best Buy a few months ago.
